Refund and Cancellation Policy

When you may cancel a subscription and when refunds may be available.

This Policy explains when customers may cancel a subscription and when refunds may be available. It applies to all DigitGlance subscription plans.

1. General rule

DigitGlance subscriptions are billed in advance.

By subscribing, you agree to the plan price, billing period, and renewal terms shown on the website or invoice.

2. Free plans

Free plans may be used without payment and may be changed, limited, or ended with notice where required.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing date.

Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront.

Annual plans are generally non refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing.

5. Setup and onboarding fees

Setup fees, migration fees, training fees, customisation fees, and implementation fees are separate from subscription charges.

These fees are usually non refundable once work has started, except where required by law.

6. Refund eligibility

A refund may be considered where:

  • a duplicate payment was made
  • a technical error caused wrongful billing
  • the law requires a refund
  • we approve a refund in writing

7. Non refundable items

Unless required by law, the following are non refundable:

  • used subscription periods
  • onboarding fees
  • custom implementation work
  • migration services
  • training services
  • third party charges paid on your behalf

8. Cancellation process

To cancel, contact support at support@digitglance.com or use the cancellation process shown in your account dashboard if available.

9. Effect of cancellation

After cancellation:

  • the account may remain active until the end of the billing period
  • access may be reduced or removed after expiry
  • exported data may remain available for a limited period
  • unpaid balances may still be due

10. Chargebacks

You agree to contact us first before opening a payment dispute so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
