Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy helps protect the platform, our customers, and the integrity of the services.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use DigitGlance to:

• commit fraud
• break the law
• launder money
• impersonate another person or business
• send spam or misleading messages
• upload malicious software
• harvest data without permission
• bypass security controls
• interfere with system performance
• create false invoices, false records, or unlawful business documents
• store or share content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or infringing

3. Account and access misuse

You must not:

• share passwords in an unsafe way
• attempt unauthorised access
• use another user's account without permission
• sell access unless we approve it in writing
• reverse engineer or tamper with the platform except where law allows

4. Data handling rules

You must ensure that:

• the data you upload is lawful
• you have the right to process the data
• your users have permission to access the data
• you do not expose sensitive data without proper controls

5. POS and inventory use

For POS customers:

• stock entries must be reviewed before going live
• barcode data must match the product master
• branch users must be trained before deployment
• hardware should be compatible with the approved setup

6. School Manager use

For School Manager customers:

• student and parent data must be entered lawfully
• authorised school staff only should access sensitive data
• reports must be reviewed before sharing with parents or guardians

7. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access if this Policy is breached.
